### Turnkey Hot Dip Galvanizing Plants
Complete galvanizing factory solutions backed by 25+ years of experience. A turnkey plant includes: pulse-fired furnace, zinc kettle, re-circulating air dryer, pre-treatment tanks, acid & zinc fume extraction systems, encapsulated pickling room, flux heating & filtration systems, quench and passivation tanks, material-handling systems, effluent treatment plant, acid storage tanks and auxiliary equipment. Plants are designed for fuel efficiency, ease of maintenance, robust quality and customized material handling, and can be supplied as fully automatic lines with electrical control panels, supervisory (SCADA) control, process monitoring and remote access. Scope covers complete design, plant layout optimization, equipment foundation design, installation and commissioning, plus post-installation maintenance, spare parts, training and plant upgrades.

### Pulse-Fired High Velocity Galvanizing Furnace
Combines pulse firing and high-velocity technology for a robust, fuel-efficient furnace. Features: fully automatic operation with auto ignition and flame monitoring; PLC-based burner management with HMI/SCADA; ceramic-fiber lining for thermal efficiency; multi-fuel capability (dual oil & gas, oil LDO/HSD, or gas PNG/LPG); retractable nickel/chromium props with heat shields. High-velocity turbulence improves heat exchange and gives uniform zinc temperature — resulting in lower zinc & fuel consumption, minimal ash/dross, extended kettle life, reduced maintenance and lower NOx emissions.

### Zinc Kettle (Galvanizing Kettle)
Specialized vessel holding molten zinc for coating. Made from fully-killed continuously-cast slabs with aluminium; low silicon, phosphorous and carbon content to minimize zinc-iron interaction; ultrasonically tested welds. Thickness options 40mm / 50mm / 60mm, customized per plant. Design features radiused corners/edges (welds away from stress points), bottom dross-protection refractory layers, heat shields against corner erosion, electroslag welding and robust support preventing bulging. Achieves a 9–10 year lifetime even at high production rates, with lower dross formation and easier maintenance/replacement.

### Process Tanks & Pre-Treatment
Pre-treatment tanks, quench and passivation tanks, flux heating and flux filtration systems, encapsulated pre-treatment room, re-circulating (hot air) dryer, and process/ETP tanks — the core wet-process line of a galvanizing plant, available in customized configurations.

### Pickling Tank / Pickling Plant
Equipment for metal surface treatment, integral to hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and electroplating. Steel/iron products are immersed in pickle liquor (hydrochloric, sulfuric, hydrofluoric or nitric acid) to remove impurities and prepare the surface. Features: sturdy, durable and leak-proof design; resistance to chemical corrosion and harsh weather; low maintenance. Processes mild steel, stainless steel coils & bars, pipes and other products; available as fully-enclosed pickling plants for fume control.

### Electroplating, Anodizing & Powder Coating Plants
Process-tank plants for electroplating, phosphating, anodizing and powder coating lines, engineered and supplied alongside galvanizing systems.

### Chemical Storage Tanks
Storage solutions with excellent hydraulic features that prevent spillage, evaporation and leakage. Fabricated from Polypropylene (PP), HDPE, FRP and PP+FRP composite. Types: acid storage tanks, ETP storage tanks, vertical, horizontal and square storage tanks. Customized shapes/sizes, quality raw materials and software-optimized design. ### Polypropylene (PP) Tanks
Made from Homopolymer (HP-PP) and Copolymer (CP-PP) resins (European & Indian sources), joined with butt-fusion technology for durability and long life. Available vertical, horizontal and square. Resistant to strong acids, corrosive solvents and high temperatures. Variants: standard PP, HDPE (light, low-maintenance, non-corrosive) and PP+FRP composite (high economic value). Used to store acids for pickling, effluent-treatment chemicals and processing solutions across metal-finishing, galvanizing, electroplating and surface-treatment sectors.

### HDPE Storage Tanks
High-Density Polyethylene tanks offered under the chemical-storage line as a light-weight, low-maintenance, non-corrosive option; supplied with customized designs (capacity and chemical compatibility on request) alongside acid, vertical, horizontal, square and PP+FRP tanks.

### Acid Storage Tanks
Corrosion-resistant tanks for safe storage of acids used in pickling and galvanizing, engineered to prevent spillage and leakage; part of the chemical storage tank range.

### Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
Treats effluent from degreasing, pickling and fluxing (spent acid and wash water). Multi-stage process: chemical treatment with PP tanks & pumps, filtration via semi-automatic filter press, special media filtering to soften outlet water, and oil/grease removal with acid neutralization. Automatic operation, minimal intervention, safe and low-maintenance. Capacity from 3 KL/day to 10 KL/day and beyond. Meets CPCB standards with low TDS/BOD/COD and statutory compliance.
