Electroplating (sometimes called “cold galvanizing”) is the deposition of a metal coating on an object by putting a negative charge on it and putting it into a solution which has a metal salt. The metal salt contains positively charged metal ions which are attracted to the negatively charged object and are reduced to metallic form upon it.

Corrotech Electroplating plants are custom-built and designed with the needs of the customer and largest product dimensions in the treatment process. Our electroplating plants are used for various plating materials such as Zinc, Tin, Copper, Nickel, Chromium, Silver and gold. Corrotech tanks manufactured using Polypropylene sheets that have the material properties of non sticky, corrosion free, and long life. The tanks are designed using RITA (Roechling Integreted German Tank Building Assistant) software. The welding is performed using German made ‘Wegner’ welding machine in accordance with DVS norms. These tanks can be used for chemical up to 100°C temperature.
